Yoga and Horses
My two passions are yoga and horses. I love to combine these two in yoga/trail rides and yoga/horseback riding classes, and yoga/horsemanship retreats. The two are a natural duo as they both give you the opportunity to find your quiet stillness as you enjoy the union of your spirit with that of the horse's spirit.
My yoga studio located in the beautiful hills of Escazu. San Antonio de Escazu, 75m south of Restaurante Tiquicia and 300 meters east on Calle Dos Cercas, 2nd gate on your right.
Living with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 20 years I understand the challenges of limited mobility, flexibility and strength ... and chronic pain.
