An engaged and compassionate listener, Nick’s private practice specializes in multidimensional approaches to health and wellness, including yoga nidra, mindfulness, ecotherapy, dreamwork and expressive arts in addition to more conventional “talk” methods. People often come to Nick for deep emotional release, grieving, relaxation, stress-reduction and stress-related insomnia, as well as for spiritual guidance and yoga instruction. Praised by his students and clients for the accessibility, empathy, joy and light-heartedness he exudes and draws out in others, Nick works one-on-one with individuals, couples and small groups and facilitates a variety of workshops, retreats and speaking engagements internationally at studios, conferences, corporate events, festivals & resorts. Additionally, he has taught at the Omega Institute, Kripalu Center, and Canyon Ranch, and is a frequent contributor to Elephant Journal.
