You will enjoy a delicious and nourishing three-course RAW vegan lunch. RAW food is all showcasing ingredients at their unadulterated best, offering maximum flavour and ensuring no nutrients have been lost through cooking, pasteurisation or processing (such as might fit them into small microwavable containers!). We use the best, organic ingredients that are in season (wherever possible) to deliver a wholesome nutritional punch. In planning a special menu for this retreat we have gone beyond salads and smoothies, and have worked hard to bring a fine dining finesse to raw cuisine! In the afternoon, you will take part in a 2 hour hands-on introductory class to Raw cuisine, tasting as you go and being able to take some of your creations home to enjoy later.
