Full Description

It is said that it takes 10 times of repeating a new pattern to set it into habit.

THE CHALLENGE: For 2 weeks, we invite and challenge you to set your alarm for 4:00 am. No need to shower, or even change out of your PJ’s if you don’t want to. Just get out of bed, splash some water on your face, put on a warm jacket and shoes, and head over to Willow Tree Yoga studio, in the quiet stillness of the pre-dawn morning.

You will feel the chill of the winter air as you walk, in silence, into the studio and take a seat on one of the cushions that will be set up. Meditation will take place from 4:30 to 5:00 am, when we will take a very short & quiet stretch break, and then continue with a 2nd meditation until 5:30am. Those who need to leave at 5:00 am can skip the 2nd meditation. At 5 am, we will do a second short session of stretches, and then you will leave to start your day, with a hot cup of Chai to warm you up and get you going with a sublime and sweet start to your day!

We will follow this practice 5 days a week for 2 weeks.

THE INCENTIVE: You will pay $100 up front. IF you successfully make it to the studio all 10 days, you will get HALF BACK, only paying $50 for 10 mornings of meditation and chai, and, best of all, a good start on a new practice of daily meditation, that can hopefully last your lifetime.
