Full Description

In this retreat, we'll start the day with a sunset meditation and pranayama to calm the mind and learn to remain in silence for a moment. After a light breakfast made of green smoothy and ginger & lemon tea, we'll have a two hours dynamic vinyasa Yoga class with Ashtanga influences.
We'll use asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and yogic principles (chakras, ) as well as healthy, cleansing drinks and vegetarian food to get back more in touch with ourselves. Through this detox process, we'll also try to get rid of bad energies and old patterns. This will also be a great opportunity to pay more attention to ourself and feel more flexible in our body and mind.
The end of afternoons will be dedicated to relaxing yoga sessions like Yoga Nîdra (yogic awaken sleep) or Restorative Yoga. This will encourage your physical and mental well-being in a gentle way.
These 10 days will be an occasion to dive into yourself and to understand some of the mechanisms that leads us to be anxious, depressed or stressed out. You'll then get good tools to learn how you can relax yourself and change the process.
