Full Description

During 2 weeks you could learn basic Asanas according Hatha and Ashtanga Style, Pranayamas, Meditation, Mantra, Yoga Philosopy, Yoga Anatomy, Yoga Therapy, Yogic Nutrition, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Astrology, Teaching Methodology and get important information about your aura problems (chakra imbalance), suggestions of special vedic practises and herbs.

-short astrological consultation with explanation about problems and advantages of your natal map (chart), how to use natal map in ordert o change your life or solve problems

women need a medical authorization permitting them to practice yoga from their own coutry with translation in English
candidate found unfit after commencement of the course will not be permitted to continue the training and a refund of fees and other charges will not be admissible.

7:15-8:45 Asana Learning Hatha style/ Learning Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Number of physical postures according to study programm
