Commitment:
One must have a sincere desire to learn Classical Yoga and better oneself. This program is geared to equip those who would like to teach Classical Yoga with the knowledge to do so, as well as deepen the practice of those who are interested in learning more of the Yoga
Tradition, without initial intent to teach. Training students must attend all of the required training dates. If a date has to be missed, the trainee must communicate and schedule a make-up date with the Director.

Dawn Smelser was trained at the oldest Yoga training school in the world, The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, India. This 200 hour training in Classical Yoga authentically trains the student to become a teacher of a living lineage of Yoga. Consisting of 12 Thursdays, 12 Saturdays, and 5 sundays, this training can be taken all at once or broken up into sections, and works with most schedules. 5 experts share the teaching of Yoga Philosophy, history, Ayurveda, Anatomy, Yoga therapy, and the esoteric tradition of Yoga in this heart-centered training.
