20 days of yoga as a spiritual practice
This series is designed to help you regulate your practice while working on both the physical body, and the subtler aspects of yourself. Every morning, Monday through Friday, we will show up together to start our day with yoga. In each class we will recite sacred mantras, move, breathe, purify, and meditate on our well-being as we bring balance to our Self and Others.
