200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training Certification
OM Factory School of Yoga Teacher Training is a 200-hour comprehensive yoga teacher training designed for aspiring teachers, and serious yoga practitioners interested in deepening their practice. Our program will provide you with a strong foundation in anatomy and embodied alignment, while encouraging self-discovery and creative exploration in your practice and in your teaching.

Installment Plan: $3,350 payable in installments
Physiological, psychological and spiritual aspects of asana, pranayama, and meditation
Anatomy and physiology including both the physical body and subtle energy body
Teaching methodology including embodied alignment, observing bodies, hands-on adjustments and sequencing
Step-by-step techniques for guiding your students with precision and compassion
Practice teaching sessions (exercises and drills with personalized feedback), observing and assisting classes, the art of storytelling and dharma talks
History and philosophy of yoga (spiritual texts, yogic paths, deities, and teaching ethics)
Personal Development (cultivating an authentic voice, self care practices and journaling)
Opportunity to teach Community Classes with guidance from a mentor*
Unlimited classes at OM Factory Fashion District and Union Square during duration of the training
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be certified as 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teachers and are eligible for Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.
*Our Mentorship Program provides students with the ‘real life’ experience of teaching public classes on the OM Factory schedule. Each student is assigned an OM Factory Yoga teacher as a personal mentor who will provide support, guidance and feedback for these classes as well as throughout the duration of the training.
