23 days of non stop Hatha Yoga. Embrace all branches of the 8 limbs of this Yogic Philosophy and learn how to share this information with others, co-creating a beautiful, loving and compassionate world in which to live. This is a live-in practical experience at Blue Footprints Eco Lodge, Tofu Mozambique. It is a Yoga Alliance Certified course (UK Professionals )
In addition to the Course Material which is of a high quality, we also include 1 day of Ocean experience where you get to snorkel as a form of moving meditation. There is a good chance to come across the whale sharks, dolphins, whales and even turtles of this area. registration is now open for 2019.
