200-Hour Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training

Join Monica Mesa and guest teachers Govind Das, Maria Garre and Jennifer Ellen Mueller for Shiva Rea's 200-Hour Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training in beautiful Crested Butte, Colorado! The group will meet one long weekend per month from February through August, 2015 at Yoga For The Peaceful. This program is affiliated with Samudra Global School for Living Yoga and is RYT-200 Certified.

This unique 200-Hour program meets one long weekend per month from February through August, 2015. The Teacher Training group will Thursday and Friday evenings, and all day Saturday and Sunday. During your downtime, explore historic Crested Butte and the surrounding National Forrest!

200-Hour Prana Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training with Monica Mesa. For students wanting to pursue teaching yoga, or simply deepen their practice and study of living yoga! February - August, 2015.

About Monica Mesa:
Monica is the founder and creative director of YOGA FOR THE PEACEFUL, a soulful green community yoga studio, as well as YOGA ROCKS THE BUTTE WINTER FESTIVAL in Crested Butte, Colorado.

She is an assistant, mentor, and teacher trainer in Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School for Living Yoga and teaches Prana Vinyasa, in which her classes are infused with music, poetry, and an element of spontaneity and joy. Her affectionate and motivational style of teaching is fueled by her studies in the law of attraction, oneness consciousness, and Buddhism. She is devoted to her guru; Neem Karoli Baba, her teacher in the Buddhist tradition; Lama Tsultrim Allione, and her Maha teacher; Shiva Rea. She is proud of her Colombian roots and teaching bilingual teacher trainings and retreats there. Monica enjoys living the mountain lifestyle with her loved ones, surfing whenever she can, and is devoted to raising the collective vibration!
