We are the only yoga studio in the area that trains in two unique and in-demand yoga styles: Kundalini Yoga and Hot Yoga. The Hatha portion of our studies gives you a deep understanding of many of the asanas used in yoga, and in how to modify, adjust, and align yourself and others safely and effectively. What really makes our training unique, though isYOU. We encourage you to be uniquely YOU! Our focus is on helping you develop your own yoga style.
