200-hour Yoga Certified Teacher Training

This is an 8-module syllabus spread over 9 months, during which you'll progress and grow from Seed to Harvest completing a full cycle of manifestation. From the intention of manifesting your own inner teacher and personal voice, we'll guide you step by step through the different phases of exploration and development in a safe and nurturing environment.

YTT between March and November 2015. Each weekend consists of Friday evening from 5:30 to 9:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Sunday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. The program includes individual and group mentoring, plus personal and group practice, and homework in between sessions to keep the momentum going!

Full Description

There's no right, no wrong, no one method that fits all, but rather an opportunity to explore the right formula for you and your true uniqueness. We'll hold the space and time for you for that incredible inner journey of self-empowerment and discovery, providing you with an array of tools gathered from ancient and modern knowledge and modalities, applied to today’s world, including but not limited to, yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, and aromatherapy. Respectfully borrowing from the Tantric tradition, the body and all your senses will be your fundamental instruments and field of exploration, learning and mastery.

THE TOOLS

Yoga and Ayurveda are the first power tools to be used to nourish and support your soil. Within a array of nuances, from the philosophical concepts, values, to the practical techniques (like yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, daily wellness routines, nutrition, to name a few) you will explore the tools to start creating your personal practice and lifestyle. This is an opporutnity to put together your own recipe.

THE SEASONS

We evolve and change through the seasons of life, as nature does through the year. And so your practice should change and evolve, too. Letting go of something you’ve enjoyed and has worked for you for a while, but doesn’t serve you anymore is not an easy thing to do. Attachment is powerful! Though nothing to be afraid of. Practice is available at all ages, times and under any circumstances as long as we breathe! It’s just a matter of adapting to the elements and tweaking our formula to the flow of seasons. Being aware and learning how to observe, modify, feed your curiosity for more tools to try and explore, enhances tremendously your practice, lifestyle, sense of liveliness, connection and wholeness.
