200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Practice Seva, or “selfless service”. El Coco Loco
is the home of the non- profit community
development organization, Waves of Hope.

15 course hours are dedicated to involvement with
community service projects including: Kids Club,
English Classes, and renovation work at local
schools.

Expand your yoga practice and learn specific techniques that
will help you teach yoga with confidence. Our curriculum is
designed to further your understanding of: ancient, classical
and tantric yoga philosophies, yoga posture alignment with
functional movement, safe assists and hands on adjustments,
class planning including asana sequencing, and an ethical
approach to the business of yoga.

Students finish our training with a strong understanding of
how to: design unique classes, articulate instructions clearly
and teach in a way that instills a sense of proficiency and
enthusiasm for the practice of yoga and life.
