200 Hour Yoga Teachers Training
To apply send an informative email about your self and a little about your yoga history, the style of yoga you currently do or have done in the past, a brief outline of your medical health including injuries and any other info you might think is important to share with us.
Upon acceptance you will be send an informative e-mail with all travel info and visa requirements as well as a reading list and items you will need for the duration of the course.

Have you ever thought of deepening your practice and the connection with your true self. In this teachers training you will receive the tools neccessary to teach an amazing full spectrum yoga class, with a strong foundation and clear techniques that will help you transform form a student of yoga to a teacher of yoga. Our program will give you the skills to confidently teach an inspiring, safe, and expansive class to a wide range of students and abilities. Full completion (200 hours of attendance, finished assignments, passes practicum yoga class) of the course is rewarded with a 200-hour yoga certificate as a Yoga Teacher and the ability to begin teaching yoga classes within the community. Open to all levels of students who wish to deepen their own yoga practice, share yoga informally with family and friends, or develop a career.

Students can secure a space by paying a non refundable USD 650 deposit. The balance should be paid a month before arrival. Payments can be made via PayPal.

Course Work will include:
* Hatha Yoga, proper alignment, teaching and adjustment techniques, Modification of poses and variations, prop usage.
* Hatha flow, creating a class that flows.
* Vinyasa sequencing skills.
* Yin Yoga.
* Intro to kiddies and pre natal yoga.
*Pranayama, meditation and mantra.
* 8 Limbs of yoga and the Bhagavad Gita.
* Intro to holistic nutrition.
* Anatomy and Physiology
* Class discussions on the western idea of social justice within our own communities and how we can integrated the eastern yogic philosophy of compassion, unconditional love and mindfulness to this concept.

09:00 - 10:30 Asana class
10:30 - 12:30 Theory (philosophy/anatomy/physiology/self-inquiry)
12:30 - 15:00 Break
15:00 - 17:00 Asana Lab (adjustment/teaching techniques/sequencing skills/intro to kiddies, prenatal and yin yoga)
17:00 - 17:45 Break
18:00 - 19:30 Asana class (practicum teaching)
