200 Hours Teacher Training with senior teacher Riana Singgih
A one of a kind teacher training that encompasses flow, alignment and breathing. Develop stamina, strength and flexibility. Learn to teach Yoga for physical and mental health. A holistic approach including Asana practice, philosophy, breathing and how to teach different levels of students.

This is a 1year course where students meet 6 times in 1 year. Each meeting will be 6 days. Total 36 days spread over 1 year.
• Learn to speak and teach with confidence.
• Clear, concise teaching method and tools to help you grasp the subject. Understand how props can help you practice the poses.
• Personal supervision to your Yoga practice and your progress as a student and teacher.
• Asana demonstrations with instructions done by principal teachers so students can see and learn the poses easily.
• Intensive class contact time with teacher during the course. Homework and research work will be given beside the 200 hours training time.
