200hr Yoga Teacher Training Month Long Intensive
Ageless Arts Yoga Teacher Training & Certification blends integrated yoga techniques including traditional Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and restorative and meets the Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification guidelines. Students learn to create and conduct a safe and inspirational yoga class and deepen their own yoga practice
