Comprehensive program on achieving personal well-being through yoga and Ayurveda, as well as teacher training (registered at the 200-hour level with Yoga Alliance). This program will offer you a solid foundation in traditional yoga from Patanjali to Krishnamacharya, combined with science and modern developments.

18.00-19.00: Evening restorative Yin or Prana Yoga
Sunday November 26 & Sunday December 3 are Free Days- Meals are not inclusive on free days,we will enjoy nature and explore the Island.
