Yoga Illumined 2015 Schedule at Castle Hill Yoga

1)April 24-26 (6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday/8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

Patanjali’s 8-limbs of Yoga – Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi & Chapter 1 of the Yoga Sutras.

2) May 15-17 (6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday/ 8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

Yoga Meditation & Kriya Yoga – Build an “asana,” a seat for meditation & learn the building blocks of standing poses, with focus on Chapter 2 of the Yoga Sutras.

3) June 26-28 (6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday/8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

Sanskrit and the Language of Yoga & Chakras – Learn the basics of Sanskrit,and its power to open up your Voice, speech and the subtle energetics of your chakra system.

4) July 24- 26 (6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday/8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Pratyahara – Explore the Yoga of Relaxation, Sleep and surrender. We will also dive into the Pranas, “Vayus” (Airs) in the body and how to work with them on and off the Yoga mat.

5) August 14-16 (6:30pm-8:30pm, Friday/8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

The Yoga of Money – How to work with the energies of money, abundance and power.

The Yoga of Health: Ayurveda – Integrate one of the oldest schools of Medicine and its prescriptions for health into your daily life.

6) September 10-12 (6:30pm- 8:30pm, Friday/8:00-5:00, Saturday/ 8:00-5:00 Sunday)

Siddha Yoga – Explore the supernatural powers of Yoga, Chapter 3 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

Kaivalyam & The Yoga of Voice – Self-analysis, Self-knowledge, Enlightenment and the Path of ‘I-AM, Chapter 4 of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras &Honing your speaking, singing and silent Voice of the Witness.
