Lucy Cormack, Yoga Teacher and creator of Prana Samana: Creating a Home Yoga Practice DVD is introducing this 21-Day Meditation Challenge, guiding you through 5-minute daily meditations for 21 days to keep you supported and motivated as you progress through the 21 days of this free online program.

“What many people fail to realize when they try to meditate is that it is only through consistent practice that we can reap the benefits” says Lucy, “so we set overly ambitious intentions such as sitting for 20 or 30 minutes every day and as each minute goes by, it doesn't get any easier”.
