25-hr Aerial Yoga Certification

AIR‘s 25-Hour Aerial Yoga Certification program is ideal whether you are looking to gain a better understanding of aerial yoga or become an aerial yoga instructor. Students who complete the 25-Hour Aerial Yoga Certification program will deepen their practice + understanding of aerial exercise, know how to structure + create a cohesive, well-rounded class, acquire an understanding of aerial philosophy, and have the confidence + tools to begin teaching Aerial Yoga.

Our training is a theory-based aerial yoga program.  In our training program, we will not teach you how to format a class from beginning to end. Instead, we will provide you all of the tools, knowledge and skill set to have the confidence to format your own aerial yoga class.  Through our program, you will deepen your practice, unlock your own voice, and develop your own teaching style. We believe that a theory-based program is superior because it provides a platform for developing your own style. 

Additionally, we cover the following:

-Introduction to asanas
-Wrist/hand stretches
-warm up: basic postures for hips, shoulders & spine
-grounded asana
-flying/inverted asanas
-floating/restorative asanas
-transitions 
-prenatal aerial yoga 

Training will start daily at 8a and finish by 5p with a 1 hour lunch break.

Full Description

Our training is a theory-based aerial yoga program.  In our training program, we will not teach you how to format a class from beginning to end. Instead, we will provide you all of the tools, knowledge and skill set to have the confidence to format your own aerial yoga class.  Through our program, you will deepen your practice, unlock your own voice, and develop your own teaching style. We start at around 8:00A and we complete a total of 25 hours over the 3 days. The 3-day training is a hands-on training where you will practice teaching in small groups, focus a lot on transitions and overall, how to format a beautiful aerial yoga class.
