This is a four week residential course on Hatha Yoga. The course presents a systematic approach to classical hatha yoga practices including asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, relaxation, kriya and meditation.

Based on the gurukulam system, in which students live in an ‘ashram’ studying under a master teacher, this course offers excellent training to prepare students to be competent and confident yoga instructors. The aim of this education is to guide our students to deepen their understanding of yoga and its practical application in every-day life.
