The course offers a profound foundation in every style of Vinyasa Flow, focusing on accurate alignment of the postures of the Primary Series. Your training course will begin with introductory classes of the Primary Series, progresses through a variety of multi style vinyasa flow as you proceed through the series. Technical workshops particularly emphasize on the crucial areas. These workshops are essentially rewarding in terms of assessing the visual progress that you make in your everyday training session. This serves as a reminder too about the fact that yoga is fun and interactive at Himalayan Yoga Bliss center. This is in total contrast to the general view that everyone does have about yoga as dealing exclusively with self-discipline and concentration during the practice. Pranayama that teaches the breathing techniques is also included as a part of the routine of the daily sessions.
Classical Yoga Philosophy is intertwined all through the course. Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as well as the age old history of yoga will also be introduced as a part of the course. This provides a clear distinction between the classic yoga and its contemporary approach along with their influences on our life.
