The Mindful Mala is a donation based event. Each year all money raised is given back to a local non-profit organization to assist community members who need support. Suggestion donation is $15+
This year, all money raised, will go to to the Painted Pathways Clubhouse Painting whose mission is to empower adults with diagnosed mental illness by building community, supporting recovery, and changing lives.

Be part of Mindful Living’s second annual “Mindful Mala” event during which participants will come together as one to complete 108 Sun Salutations (mentally or physically) to give thanks, honor life, and give back to the community.

This donation based event is about raising community awareness, spreading kindness and giving back to non profit organizations that help others move forward.

Suggested donation $20 - all proceeds from this year's mindful mala will be given to Painting Pathways Clubhouse.

Open to all yoga students ages 17+.
