Check-in is from 14:00 where you will have time to relax until we all gather at 17:00 to introduce ourselves & start with a welcoming Yoga session.
Check-out is at 12:00 after our Wellbeing Workshop

Through your own Wellbeing Manual, take home these practices and begin to live an inspired and authentic life.
