Vinod Kumar Rajan will be conducting the morning and evening yoga classes, shatkriya and pranayama practice sessions during the retreat.
Vinod Kumar Rajan, is an International teacher trainer from Ayur Yoga Eco-Ashram, Mysore who conducts teacher training programmes throughout the year. For the past few years, Vinod has been travelling extensively towards creating awareness on the benefits of mindful yoga asanas as a daily transformative practice.
So strong was his belief in the journey of Yoga that with this fire sparked within him, he pursued and sought the guidance of many great living masters and yoga schools such as Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Kerala.
After a successful 3 days Yoga Workshop at Johor Bahru in April 2019, we are honoured to have Vinod Kumar Rajan again with us as our yoga teacher for this retreat.
Swami Prabodh Chaitanya will be guiding the morning meditation, talks on meditation practice and Patanjali Yoga Sutras in our yoga retreat. Swami Prabodh Chaitanya, a disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswathi, completed his studies on Upanishads, Bhagavatita and Brahmasutra commentaries by Adi Sankaracharya. He lived in Rishikesh and Varanasi for many years and furthered his studies on the scriptures. Presently, he's engaged in teaching Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Bhagavatgita at Ayur Yoga Eco- Ashram in Mysore and is also involved in running a Gurukulam for underpreviledged children at Haripad in Kerala State.
