A fun & relaxed Beginners Guide to Headstand & Inversions course is designed for students new to inversions and those looking to broaden their experience of being upside down!

Over these 3 weeks we will explore the mechanics of a headstand & maybe a forearm balance or two. Inverted poses have deep healing properties and strengthen the connection between body and mind. Facing our fears on the mat can offer us the gift of empowerment and clarity.
We will integrate discussion and practice together with alignment principles, to deepen our understanding and ability to practise these beautiful and important postures. Those who are still working on these challenging postures should not be afraid to give this course a try, as it is filled with an abundance of information on the mechanisms needed to achieve these poses in a super-safe and fun way.
Though open to all though previous yoga experience would be an advantage.
