Join us as our 300 HR Teacher Trainer graduates share with us how to weave breath and focus into our yoga practices by using Drishti and Pranayama. Followed by a dynamic flow practice and candlelight meditation savasana. They look forward to sharing with you everything they have learned and will be bringing to the studio and their practices.
