The 300 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Series Yoga Course are certified by Yoga Alliance UK and US are run under the supervision of our Yoga master Namito. He applies his solid experience and knowledge to the 300 hrs Teacher Training Course in order to deepen the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice combining it with alignment techniques from the Iyengar style.

Abhinam Yoga follows the syllabus set by Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga School and incorporates training hours in the following modules:
Techniques, Training and Practice 1. In-depth practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series 2. Learning to master and teach certain Asanas from Ashtanga Vinyasa Intermediate Series with the help of props. 3. Theory and in-depth practice of Mantras, Kriyas, Pranayamas (with Bandhas) and various techniques of Meditation. 4. Asana practice is focused on developing the quality of body alignment, observation and sharpening awareness of deeper physiological processes while performing an Asana.
Teaching Methodology 1. Learning the art of alignment and hands on adjustment with the help of props 2. Workshops on demonstration of Asanas, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for specific groups of people and Yoga to deal with common ailments including joint pain, back pain, thyroid, diabetes, etc. 3. Qualities and proper conduct of a Teacher while leading a class 4. Business Skills – How to promote your Yoga business in the world of Web Marketing 5. Conducting Vinyasa Flow led classes with a touch of personal creativity
Anatomy and Physiology 1. Learning about the musculoskeletal system with focus on bones, ligaments, origin & insertions of muscles with nerve supply. 2. Basic Overview of the structure and functions (Anatomy and Physiology) of different systems in the human body. 3. Anatomy of Pranayama with focus on Energy Systems, Chakras, Energy Bodies and Cardiovascular System. 4. Practical Application of Anatomy and Physiology to Yoga Practices
Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teachers 1. Minimum decency codes for yoga teachers (Vegetarianism) 2. Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (All four chapters) 3. Bhagavad Gita (Karma Yoga) 4. Practicum 1. Leading Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series Classes and being able to teach specific Asanas from Intermediate series separately. 2. Creating and Leading a Vinyasa Flow Led Class 3. Assisting Lead Trainers, Observing and Receiving Feedback accordingly
Tutorials, Assignment and Exam 1. Students will be required to engage in self-study and submit daily & weekly assignments on the day’s lectures and discussions. 2. There will be a practical and a theory exam at the end of the course to assess the students on their learning, practice and teaching during the one month Teacher Training Course.
