We created this retreat to help you get into your first steps into Acro Yoga or even to deepening your practice. Setting fundamental techniques, like flying, basing and spotting techniques, which will help you get your basics knowledge, but also your most important steps to start off with Yoga Fly.
So that you can play safe with others or even introduce it to your friends and family.
We will bring the Yoga poses from the ground up into the Air or better said on to your feet ;)
