4 week MEDITATION course

Type of Event
Arrive early to get a great seat set up and ensure you are comfortable. We will start the practice at 7pm. There is time at the end of the practice for questions and to leave slowly and gently.
Booking required - $50 for the full 4 week course (or $15 per session depending on availability)
The teacher Krishnamacharya and his son Desikachar refer to the practice of meditation as 'minding the mind'.
Minding the mind means we cultivate awareness of how it moves and where it goes so that we can maintain a perspective and not get carried away or controlled by the minds movements.
