4 weeks yoga course
In this course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given.

For the whole course
Mina teaches technically focused Flow classes. Her goal for these classes is for the students to learn intelligent ways of moving their bodies with breath awareness to enhance their overall experience. Mina strives to create a more sustainable and full-filling practice for students across all ages and body types. She aspires to be a good communicator to her students, importantly, a teacher who can explain yoga from both the scientific and the energetic perspective.
