40 Days To Personal Revolution
Transform your body, mind and spirit. A 40 day program of yoga, meditation and nutrition. This process is one of dedication, inspiration, empowerment, and rejuvenation. Sun. October 9th - November 18th, 2016. Six meetings will be held in Mill Valley every Sunday 6:00 with the last Sunday, November 13th and is recommended for optimal results.

40 Days to Personal Revolution
DATES: Sunday, October 9th – November 18th, 2016. Six meetings will be held in Mill Valley every Sunday at 6 pm. with the last Sunday, November 13th. Weekly meeting attendance is highly recommended for optimal results.
6 days of yoga per week (6 days at the studio, or 5 at the studio and 1 day home practice) as well as meditation practice.
DIET: Each of the six weeks will focus on a dietary awareness centered on discovering and practicing a vibrant new health for the physical body. The group program was inspired by the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute, based on Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days To Personal Revolution.
MISC: You will receive: 40 days of yoga for both Red Dragon Yoga Mill Valley and San Rafael studios, 40 Days To Personal Revolution book by Baron Baptiste, a program binder, journal, weekly meetings for instruction, support, sharing and meditation.
Sunday, October 9th,-November 18th. $395 early bird ends Oct. 5th, $425 thereafter.
