5 Days Yoga, Hike and Meditation Retreat in Hungary

Discover the magical Pilis mountains of Hungary, believed to be the Heart Chakra of the Earth. Through the gorgeous resort nestled in the woods, we will gain access to foliage hikes, walking meditation in a riverbed and lots of time to explore and unwind at the sauna. We will also visit an ancient castle with a view of the Danube river.

Join us on a unique yoga retreat close to Budapest, Hungary where we will journey inward through yoga and meditation and outward through playfulness and community.

Over the course of five days, we will gather at a pristine venue in Dömös, in the magical bend of the Danuber river to reconnect to ourselves and with others.

Join us for meditation, yoga, workshops and to spend leisure time at the foot of hiking trails in rural Hungary, yet close to exciting Budapest.

We will take in the present moment through all our senses – sight, smell, sound and touch. We may even catch a glimpse of our own reflection in others.

- 5 days / 4 nights stay at the Malomház (Mill House) of Dömös, about 1.5 hours away from Budapest
- 3 freshly prepared vegetarian meals daily
- Daily yoga and meditation class
- Daily yoga workshop
- Sauna and guided Thai yoga massage sessions
- Transportation and entrance to Visegrád Castle

About your hosts:

Eszter Farkas likes to invite students to discover ways to work with trust, non-verbal communication and finding strength while remaining playful. She is a certified vinyasa yoga and AcroYoga Montreal instructor and practitioner of Thai yoga massage. She loves good stories, co-creating through playful exploration, and safe practice.

Nathalie Bittar is fascinated by the human journey; with all the ups and downs of life. She is curious about how we create our realities and how with tools like yoga and meditation, we can release our stories and re-experience life through the eyes of a child. She is a certified yoga and meditation teacher with 800 hours of yoga and meditation training under her belt and over a decade of teaching experience.
