5-Night Stress Relief Yoga Retreat

Nurturing, educational, relaxing. Get back in balance with yoga, learn simple, effective stress relief methods to take home with you, and nourish yourselves with delicious wholesome food prepared with locally-sourced ingredients. To assist you with your relaxation, our remedial massage therapist is on-hand to work on shifting toxins from your body.

Join us in the heart of rural Portugal, at a retreat centre committed to living in harmony with the environment. Nearby beaches are lined with rugged cliffs where golden sands meet the Alentejo lands rich in vineyards, olive groves and cork trees. This beautiful Southern pearl is the ideal place to unwind, de-stress, and immerse yourself in nature.

Each day starts with a morning yoga, pranayama (breath work) and meditation session to wake up the body and balance the mind. You do not need to be experienced in yoga. This retreat is open to all, beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and take time to listen to your body. After your practice, you will enjoy a delicious organic vegetarian or vegan breakfast, and have time to relax before attending your daily talk on stress relief.

After a nourishing lunch, the afternoon is yours. Unwind with a massage and swim, take a nature walk along the many trails in the area, or take advantage of the activities on offer at the centre, such as horse-riding, kayaking or a trip to the beach. We come together for dinner, followed by an optional yoga nidra or restorative yoga session, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep.
