The 5 Tibetans are a series of 5 exercises or asanas said to be practiced by Tibetan lamas and yogis for over 1000 years. Each exercise corresponds to one of the 5 Elements and practicing them works towards balancing the element bringing well-being.

The 5 Tibetans are a series of 5 exercises or asanas said to be practiced by Tibetan lamas and yogis for over 1000 years.
The benefits of daily practice of the 5 Tibetans are increased energy, stress reduction, and an enhanced sense of calm, clarity of thought, increased strength and flexibility, resulting in an overall improvement in health and well-being.
These exercises take about 20mins and are a great addition to any daily meditation, yoga or exercise regime.
Each exercise corresponds to a particular Element: earth, water, fire, air or spirit (ether) which in turn corresponds to the first 5 chakras, those energy vortexes of our energy bodies. The exercises then are designed to increase the spin of the chakras thus balancing the elements and bringing the anticipated results.
This practice is for anyone regardless of their level of yoga, and even if you have no yoga practice at all, all you need is a willing spirit!
Our 2.5 hour workshop will ensure that you are properly warmed up and leave knowing the 5 Tibetans so that you can take them home and integrate them into your day.
