A holistic approach for nourishing mind, body and soul, this challenge includes dedicated yoga practice, conscious and healthy eating practices and support throughout your journey

What you are committing to:
At least 3 Yoga classes per week for 5 weeks
A weekly Monday evening meeting for 5 weeks
Tracking your eating habits for 5 weeks
