Then join me as we explore 5 easy habits to start harnessing to create a more positive, lighter, happier & healthier you.

If you are serious and willing to make some simple changes then this course is perfect for you.

In each 2 hour session a new habit is introduced for the week,
we do a full yoga class, an extended breathing practice
and relaxation.
