In this module, we’ll explore our breathing patterns and will learn how to apply different breathing techniques to find balance in our mind and body understanding the physiology of pranayama. We will study the mind and its cycles, levels and dimensions of action. We will look at how the quality of our thoughts and emotions affect us, and how to change our mental patterns and transform the content of our psyche to achieve control over our actions and have a positive impact on our health. We’ll explore different meditation techniques and fundamentals including concentration, mindfulness, visualisation, verbalisations and more.
