What discounts do the Teacher Trainees receive?
During the course of the TT, you will receive all your classes at no cost.

How proficient in yoga do you have to be to do the program?
We strongly recommend that applicants have one year of consistent asana practice. If you are new to yoga, this is not an appropriate program to participate in. You will not benefit from learning yoga basics while simultaneously learning how to teach. That being said, if you have a regular yoga practice, you may be more ready than you think. We are looking for trainees with a solid foundation in the basic and fundamental yoga postures. Keep in mind this program is not only for aspiring teachers, but people who want to deepen their practice.

Does the fee include books?
Your Teacher Training manual is included with the program. Other textbooks are not. Books required for TT can purchase through amazon or other internet store for the best pricing.

Are there any required books for the training?

Guruji, Guy Donahaye & Eddie Stern

I do not live in the Tampa Bay area; Is there housing or place to stay near White Orchid?
Florida being a place where snow birds live part time, there are always short term rentals available. There are many hotels near both our studios.

What if I have to miss a weekend of the training?
All weekly modules including will cover the same material each year. Should you miss any of them, you can make it up the following year to complete your 500 Hour Teacher Training. You also have the option of scheduling private sessions at an additional charge to make up what you missed
