Join me for this year's silent day of realigning and new beginnings as we immerse ourselves in silence, stillness and the energy of the new moon.

Because the New Moon symbolizes new beginnings, it is the perfect time to plant seeds (wishes) that create the world we desire and dream of.

FROM Hwy 42/57, head North over Bay View Bridge
Turn LEFT onto Gordon Road (Hwy BB) (just past Culver's)
Follow Hwy BB until you reach the intersection of Cherry Road (Hwy HH) and Gordon Road
Turn LEFT into 2nd driveway. ***You will see CHANTICLEER CABINS & COTTAGES SIGN
Follow the road all the way to the end.
The OAKS COTTAGE is the last cottage on your left. Please park along the edges of the cul de sac.

Note: If you get to Chanticleer Guest House you went to far. Please turn around and go back. Driveway will be on your right near the intersection sign.

8:30 am Welcome & Introductions
9:00 am Pranayama & Vow of Sacred Silence
9:00 - 9:30 Journaling "the 30 minute purge"
9:30 am introduction of MANTRA & MUDRA
10-12 pm silent group meditation, mudra and mantra
12 - 2:00 pm lunch, personal time, journaling, hiking
2-3 pm new moon wishes
3-4 pm kriya yoga
4-5 pm vow of silence lifted, group social

During the silent retreat, we come face to face with our true self and in the stillness of that space, the ego dissolves and we can remove the layers, masks and veils that have been hiding us from the world. Spending time in silence is essential to staying in balance and helps to maintain the connection to heart, soul, body and mind.
