The 6 week Beginner Series Yoga for Men is the perfect opportunity to learn proper alignment, develop a safe practice, while building strength, balance and flexibility.

Each week we'll cover different aspects of a Yoga practice from breathing correctly and efficiently to various asanas (postures) and how they flow together. Classes are held once a week for 6 weeks.

Dates: April 9th - May 14th, Wednesday 8:30 -9:30pm

The 6 week Beginner Series Yoga for Men is the perfect opportunity to learn proper alignment, while building strength, balance and flexibility.
