6 Week Intro to Yoga Course
Never tried yoga? This 6 week course will teach you the foundation postures, basic yoga breathing techniques and introduce you to yoga nidra – a wonderful relaxation practice. Highly recommended before commencing general classes.
Type of Event
Classes held Monday evenings for 6 weeks, starting at 6.15pm and running for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Focus is on learning the postures that make up the Sun Salutation series, as well as breath and relaxation techniques.
