A course in which you will learn practical tools and techniques to become more mindful, reduce stress and worry less.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Experience every day mindful meditation practices to help you switch off of auto-pilot and live more in the present moment, whilst refraining from revisiting the past or worrying about the future. Over 6 sessions we will use a series of meditations, practical exercises and movement focusing on the breath, body and mind to allow you to bring a greater awareness of what thoughts and feelings arise for you, so you can take away a deeper connection with your true self.

Week 1 – Awareness & Automatic Pilot
Week 2 – Acceptance, Allowing & Letting Be

WHO IS THE TEACHER?
The teacher of this course is Kirsty Knapp.
"After many years of making the wrong lifestyle choices, I decided to re-train to get myself healthier, and also to offer health and fitness interventions to help others to make positive holistic lifestyle changes.

I now have over 10 years of experience working both privately, for NHS funded community wellbeing programmes, and for health clubs and spas offering 1-1 sessions and small group classes for mindfulness meditation, sound therapy, exercise referral and fitness training.

I will help guide you to becoming aware of your everyday habits and behaviours, so you can make positive holistic lifestyle changes. As we generally live fast paced lives mostly on auto pilot, it’s important to develop strategies to take time to pause, relax and just be present in the moment with compassion. I look forward to helping you to achieve a deeper sense of yourself and the world around you."
