We are practicing yoga for 90 minutes in two groups (beginners and advanced) twice a day.

VEGETARIAN CUISINE
Piotr Wazynski, will take care of our pallet. He will prepare for us healthy, delicious vegetarian meals and he is willing to share his cooking experience in the evenings.

FOR CHILDREN
While parents are at their yoga classes, there will be yoga and animation classes for children. FREE of charge.

Full Description

We are practicing yoga for 90 minutes ( Iyengar methods) in two groups (beginners and advanced) twice a day.
Iyengar yoga is a safe and precise method to:
- Strengthen and stretch the body,
- Regenerate,
- Improve concentration,
- Relax,
- Help with backaches

Yoga for the spine classes are given by a certified yoga teacher, who's also a physiotherapist with many years of experience in the field. The exercises are based on the method of Iyengar, which focuses on developing a correct alignment. It is a set of yoga postures focusing on work of the spine and pelvis areas. The classes are recommended for people leading a sedentary lifestyle. A regular exercise can improve the posture by strengthening and relaxing back muscles.

A functional yoga is a unique program by Radek Rychlik. His method aims at the harmonious development of an individual, an improvement of his health, well-being, physical and mental conditions. The training emphasizes a varied and comprehensive work of all muscle groups, balancing strengthening and stretching. An important element is to work with the deep muscles and breathing.

NORDIC WALKING
This modest form of movement can bring many positive effects in our bodies. In order to perform Nordic walking correctly we need to learn specific techniques. We are inviting you to join the training with an Olympian Jan Huruk.
