You might be aware of the fact that there are a lot of ways to get into Meditation. With meditation we mean transcending, raising above your Mind and thoughts (state of not-thinking), becoming aware of the fact that you are the witness (and controller) of your own thoughts. Entering this state of consciousness where there is only BEING. Entering the PRESENT MOMENT.
Meditation is very important for people who suffer from stress. Becoming still, present and aware is very beneficial for your overal health! It can eliminate heart disease, high blood pressure and other health issues caused by too much tension.
