Stay in one of beautiful luxurious naturally built bungalows, listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves and don’t miss the breathtaking sunsets from your gently swaying hammock. Plunge into the Pacific ocean and play in the waves or take a long stroll on the beach. Enjoy the sight of pelicans sailing over La Loma Linda, observe dolphins and stingrays jumping out of the water and possibly watch whales swim by.

During this retreat, there will be Hatha flow yoga classes suitable for all levels as well as guided meditations. There will also be Qigong classes with gentle, rhythmic movements which reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions. Other than that, there will also be pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) and diaphragmatic breathing sessions.

This program will help you to relax and you will also have plenty of free time for swimming, explore the surrounding villages or just lay back and read a good book.
