8 Week Course - $200 Full / $176 Concession
Join us for this 8 week Trauma Sensitive Yoga course where we will create a safe, supportive and non judgemental environment enabling students to explore connections between body and breath. Using various yogic techniques, this empowering yoga course will assist students to reclaim their body. By cultivating curiosity and play, we will build spatial awareness and orientation, learn to make choices that are comfortable and appropriate for us, as well as creating positive change for the future.
On signing up for the course, you will be contacted by Erika (the facilitator), who will forward on an intake form for you to complete prior to the commencement of the course.
