the course is to prepare anyone physically and mindfully to a regular Yoga Practice. Bring Clarity to each day practice.
In 8 weeks program for beginners at The Pure Yoga Centre, the student will learn :
Yoga Asanas - Postures, correct way to approach each position, focus on the present moment and building awareness of the mind, body and soul.
Breathing techniques, pranayamas
Relaxation and Meditation (introduction to different techniques each week)
Gentle transitions and flow into the practice to challenge our concentration, our balance our body and our mind
The course is suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities. The class is only once per week, every Saturday at 10.30 am ( 1hr)

WEEK 2: Waking lower limbs1 - Standing Asanas
WEEK 3: Waking lower limbs 2 - Standing and Twisting Asanas
WEEK 4: Waking and supporting spine 1: Introduction to Bandhas - Core strength
WEEK 5: Waking and Supporting spine 2: Introduction to Back Bend
WEEK 6: Waking upper arms 1: Intro to arm balance
WEEK 7: Introduction to Inversion
WEEK 8: Gentle Flow with all we learn during 7 weeks
