8 Weeks to a Mindful You
Even the busiest mind can benefit from the rewarding practice of meditation. In this eight-week course, led by Meditation Teacher Tina Clay, participants will learn the basics of meditation with guidelines and tips to begin their practice of developing mindfulness in their lives. The first class begins April 5th and the last class is on May 19 2018

Each week we will come together as a group to practice and discuss the techniques and the philosophy of meditation. Every session builds on the previous session, slowly growing the mind's capacity to stay present. At the end of the 8 weeks, we will have a longer session of meditation practice that will include sitting and walking meditation. No previous experience is necessary for the course.
